We are excited to share that all the criminal charges against the barbers that participated in “Operation Haircut” have been dropped! The judge dismissed everything. The AG dept never even prepared a case!

The ladies still face a hearing in front of LARA the Licensing board as the AG is seeking to have the license censured. However, as the ladies did nothing wrong they refuse to allow this to stand. David Kallman’s firm will continue to represent them through this process.
